Final Length Flexibility
We prioritize quality over strict timing. Small overages are perfectly acceptable—for example, a 15-minute package can finish at 15:30 without requiring an upgrade. Upgrades are only necessary when the final edit clearly moves into the next tier.
Fulfillment Workflow
New clients should email Team@CreatorCuts.com after checkout to initiate setup. Returning clients reuse their dedicated Workspace Drive, but must complete checkout for each individual project. Uploading files alone does not trigger production.
Refund & Revision Policy
Full refunds are available within 24 hours of checkout ONLY if production (setup, review, or assignment) has not started. Once production begins, projects are non-refundable. Two revision rounds are included for the same original project scope.
Production includes administrative setup, Drive preparation, editor assignment, raw footage review, and initial export sequences. For unusually complex edits or custom length requests, please contact Support@CreatorCuts.com before checking out.
