Refund Policy
At CreatorCuts, all payments are processed through our secure checkout system. We maintain a strict refund policy to ensure the dedication of our editing team and technical resources.
A full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started. Production is defined as any operational work including project setup, dedicated Drive preparation, editor assignment, and footage review.
Once production has commenced—which includes thumbnail design, editing, exporting, or fulfillment work—the order is generally non-refundable as labor and resources have been committed to the project.
Revision Policy
We aim for complete satisfaction with every edit. Each package includes up to two revision rounds for the same original footage and project scope. Revisions enable you to request adjustments to pacing, music, or graphics based on your initial instructions.
Please note that any changes outside the original scope or requests for extra revision rounds will require a paid add-on or the purchase of a new package. To ensure the best results, we encourage clients to provide clear instructions and preferences in the project document prior to production.
