1. Service Description
CreatorCuts.com provides managed YouTube video editing services. This is not a marketplace; all services are managed directly through our team to ensure quality and consistency. By utilizing our services, you agree to provide raw footage and instructions through our designated CreatorCuts Drive and documentation process.
2. Payment and Checkout
All payments are required upfront to reserve your project slot and initiate production setup. CreatorCuts utilizes a secure checkout system. Pricing is based on the targeted edited length of the final video as specified in your selected package. Any significant project scope changes may result in additional charges.
3. Revision Policy
Each package includes two standard rounds of revisions within the original scope of the project. Revisions involving a change in original direction, additional raw footage, or excessive length changes beyond the package tier will require a new package purchase or a custom add-on fee.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Full refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started. Production is defined as the commencement of setup, drive preparation, editor assignment, or footage review. Once production has initiated, orders are generally non-refundable due to the specialized nature of our managed fulfillment.
